20 g → 320 g · 1 : 16 · Medium-fine grind

Sightglass Coffee's café V60 method: rinse the paper, bloom 30 g for 45 seconds, then one slow centre pour to 320 g.

  1. unfold the filter and insert it into the dripper; set the cone on a mug, rinse the filter with hot water, then discard the water in the mug
  2. pour the ground coffee into the filter, shake gently to settle the grounds, and tare the scale to zero
  3. 0:00bring the water to a boil and wait 45–60 seconds; pour 30 g into the centre of the bed and let it stand for 45 seconds30 g
  4. 0:45pour a steady, even stream in a circular motion, aiming at the centre and keeping the cone about two-thirds full, until the scale reads 320 g320 g

Sightglass call for a Hario V60-02 paper filter, rinsed with hot water before brewing. The guide states a total brew time of 3:30–4:15 and expects the bed to finish draining 2–2:30 after the last pour; both are windows rather than points, so neither is recorded as a time. No water temperature is given beyond boiling and then waiting 45–60 seconds. The guide's shopping list says 11 liquid ounces of water while its steps instruct pouring to 320 g on the scale — the scale readings are what this document carries.
