Sightglass call for a Hario V60-02 paper filter, rinsed with hot water before brewing. The guide states a total brew time of 3:30–4:15 and expects the bed to finish draining 2–2:30 after the last pour; both are windows rather than points, so neither is recorded as a time. No water temperature is given beyond boiling and then waiting 45–60 seconds. The guide's shopping list says 11 liquid ounces of water while its steps instruct pouring to 320 g on the scale — the scale readings are what this document carries.
